Plastic pipe production line produced plastic pipe also has common problems: first, shock resistance is bad, or even 10 shocks, all rupture. Two is the tensile strength and toughness is poor, often showed brittleness, elongation is low and easy to break. Three is softening temperature is low, easy to encounter thermal deformation, reducing the impact resistance of the pipe, tensile strength and toughness.

For plastic pipes, attention should be paid to selection of auxiliary materials, raw materials proportioning, production process and production equipment.
